    Fallout 2

Set eighty years after the end of the first game, this post-apocalyptic role-playing odyssey builds on the story of the Vault Dweller. The backstory is simple. Cast out by his or her own people, the hero of Vault 13 wandered the Wastes for a while before founding the village of Arroyo. By the time Fallout 2 begins, little remains of the legendary founder but collective memories, an old blue and yellow vault suit, a barely-functioning Pip Boy, and a water flask. Unfortunately, the village is dying; the crops are withered and the wells are running dry. The solution? Send you, the player and lineal descendent of the Vault Dweller, on a quest to find the one object that can save Arroyo: the G.E.C.K., or Garden of Eden Creation Kit. Naturally, no one has the foggiest idea of where one might find a G.E.C.K., other than that it might be best to scout out another vault to see if anyone happened to have an unused one lying about. Armed only with a spear, the vault suit of your forefather or mother and a genuine Vault 13 water flask, it’s your job to scour the wastelands looking for salvation in a suitcase. And scour you will, all over northern California and Nevada. There are a lot of places to visit in Fallout 2, though few are critical to the main plot. Just as in the original game, however, you’ll want to buff up your character through a lot of side quests before tackling the nastier bits of the main story. Gameplay

Join special agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully in The X-Files Game, an live-action adventure from Fox Interactive. This investigation into the shadowy world of The X-Files contains entirely new footage, shot exclusively for this title. As agent Craig Willmore, you'll examine evidence, interview witnesses, and interact with familiar X-Files characters, such as Fox Mulder, Dana Scully, Assistant Director Skinner, the Lone Gunmen, X, and other familiar faces from the series. The X-Files Game incorporates VirtualCinema technology, a cutting-edge software engine that allows the player to become the main character in the story. Players are able to respond to and affect other characters' attitudes and behavior, which change as the game progresses, depending on the course of previous events. An intuitive user interface facilitates complete immersion of the player into The X-Files world. Developed in close cooperation with Chris Carter, The X-Files series creator, and Ten Thirteen Productions, The X-Files Game features the work of Frank Spotnitz, series writer and co-executive producer; Jon Joffin, director of photography; and Mark Snow, composer. Instructions 1)Mount CD 1 using a ISO reaidn software or by right clicking and choose "Mount" (Windows 8 and 10) 2) Install full game. It will ask you to switch CDs, make sure you eject the one that is already mounted before you mount the next CD. 3) Wait for the installer to finish. 4) Install Quick Time. The game requires the Quick Time player to run. There's no way around it. 5) Enjoy If there are any problems with either the installer or the game, try running them in XP compatibility mode. I got this game installed and running on my Windows 10 PC.

Airline Tycoon is a managerial simulation in which the player is the manager of an airline company. This game features six missions (plus a tutorial) in which the player needs to fulfil different goals to win. Of course it offers all usual options for business games: fire and hire personnel, taking commissions (while considering the capabilities of the own fleet) or buying, repairing and upgrading airplanes. Every day has two recurring activities: receiving feedback for the past work and planning the routes for every plane. This can be a challenging task because the 48 airports along with an unlimited number of planes (18 different models) give a lot of opportunities. The player also has the option to cooperate with one of the three AI competitors. Besides the usual office and statistics screen this game also features an animated airport view in which the player receives optical feedback, e.g. potential customers which think about the stuff they like and dislike. On this screen the player has direct control over his character and moves him to the places where the above mentioned actions are performed.

The player assumes the role of Alan "The Bear" Westmoreland, a United States Marine Corps Sergeant. The story begins with a deadly Viet Cong raid, where you are left to survive of your own accord. The player must deal with various firefights, ambushes, booby traps, snipers, air strikes, anti-personnel mines, and more in order to finish their way to the end of each level. The player is placed in the center of the Vietnam war in 1966, playing as Westmoreland, who is a very deadly and highly trained U.S. Marine. Westmoreland is under the command of the Central Intelligence Agency and has undergone genetic engineering to become a super human war machine. He is given standard military orders, and is usually placed alone or with small teams, pitted against overwhelming odds. To prove himself a successful experiment, he must survive several tours of duty in order to show that the side effects of the serum can be overcome. Gameplay

The year is 2035 and you are Col. John Blade, leader of an elite law enforcement group called Hardcorps in the city of Freeport, where biochemical company SinTek has been pushing a suspiciously effective anti-aging drug on a gleeful Botox-addicted populace. The story is the triumphant epitome of cheese, a ‘so bad it’s good’ sort of deal where you just follow the characters to laugh at how lame they are – from your brawny, one-liner spewing persona (Blade) to his snooty side-kick J.C. and ridiculous female evildoer Elexis Sinclaire. No matter. We never really needed clever plots to drive the action in these sort of games. You do that quite a lot here, shooting stuff, although Sin is notably different from either Quake or Unreal in how the action is paced. There’s a host more interactivity with the environment, things like going into computer terminals via a doppelganger MS-DOS operating system, using toilet stalls, ATM machines, phones or just blasting things apart. There are snippets of dialogue behind every corner, either coming from Blade or his nerdy hacker J.C. via radio, giving the impression that there’s always something new happening as you go. Overall, the levels are very well designed, though their load times border on eternal on lower end systems. One final (somewhat) original concept is the inclusion of vehicles, a gimmick previously encountered in Shadow Warrior. And like in Shadow Warrior, they feel completely out of place and are nearly impossible to control. Thank goodness they’re rare. Gameplay Note Can be really tough to get working on newer systems such as Windows 8/10.
