After escaping from Tomator in The Lost Vikings, Erik the Swift, Olaf the Stout, and Baleog the Fierce have lived joyous and fruitful Viking lives. Then one day, after returning home from a fishing trip, the Vikings get captured by Tomator again. Tomator then calls upon a robotic guard to send them into the Arena, which unfortunately falls short when a system failure happens. During the blackout, the three Vikings dismantle the robot piece by piece and wear its parts on their bodies, granting them new abilities. The three Vikings are then accidentally sent through time once again. Equipped with the new robotic gear, Erik, Olaf, and Baleog must journey through each level to find their way back home. Along the way, they befriend a werewolf named Fang and a dragon named Scorch, both of whom assist them in their quest.

The Lost Vikings 2 is a side-scrolling platform adventure in which the player alternates control of three of the five playable characters (the game predetermines which characters are available in any specific level), guiding each of them one at a time (though control may be swapped from character to character at any point) from a designated start point in each level to the exit, collecting three specific items along the way (The game offers a two-player cooperative mode in which each player simultaneously controls one character and is allowed to change control to the third, unused character at any point). Every level is designed such that each character must contribute his unique skills to help the other two through to the end. Similarly, to finish the level, all three characters must reach the exit point with the three items in possession. The characters each have three health points which they can lose by getting hurt by enemies or by falling from great heights. Should any character run out of health points, he dies; gameplay will then continue with any remaining characters, but the level becomes unwinnable, and the player will eventually have to restart the level and try again (the game offers unlimited continues).

Each character has the ability to carry and use items — mainly keys, bombs, and food (which restore health points) — as well as a unique set of skills:

  • Erik now has turbo boots which allow him to jump much higher than before and can smash certain overhead walls with his turbo jump. The helmet also allows him to swim.
  • Baleog has a bionic arm which can smash enemies from a distance. The range is somewhat limited compared to his arrows from the first game, but the bionic arm also allows Baleog to swing in the air using special hooks and to grab some items inaccessible to others.
  • Olaf can release gas that propels him upward, giving him limited aerial range as well as the power to destroy certain floors. In addition to his hang-gliding abilities, he can also shrink and squeeze through tiny gaps.
  • Fang can jump, climb walls by clinging to them with his claws, and slash enemies from close range.
  • Scorch has a fireball attack which damages enemies and can trigger certain switches. He can also fly until he gets exhausted, at which point he can glide softly down, like Olaf.

      War Inc. is a real-time strategy computer game developed by Optik Software. It was published by Interactive Magic on August 31, 1997. It was fairly unusual at the time in its incorporation of a rudimentary stock market, placing the player directly in control of research and development, and the ability to completely customize units by using a variety of components.
      War Inc. (Project Airos in Australia and Germany) received an overall rating of 66% from GameRankings from three different review sites. While it was panned as being "mediocre" for not meeting its potential by GameSpot, Game Revolution praised it for "flexibility to create a nearly unlimited variety of units".

      It’s not going to be easy finding and getting all those presents because there will be many obstacles in your way.
      You will find trolls, snowmen, moving platforms and chimney fires. Jjumping from platform to platform can be dificult (remember that Santa is not an athletic man)and it is a long way down!
      At the end of each level your presents wil be your points, so you have to collect the more presents you can to be best Santa.
      So, download it and collect all the presents, This christmas, Santa is in your hands!

      Snow flurries surround you while playing as Santa in this comical game.
      Santa has discovered trouble once again while trying to deliver packages to all the good boys and girls. It's your mission to get him back on track before the night is over. The game definitely has a holiday theme with the music and the decorations. You'll see a few shoppers who are out and about trying to find the perfect gift as well as a few children who might need to go on the naughty list. Homes feature children getting ready for bed and cookies being made in the hopes that Santa will arrive on time.
      While dressed as Santa, you have to complete obstacles to get as many toys in your bag as possible. Some of them are clearly seen on trails, and there are some that are hiding and rather difficult to find. There are challenges that seem a bit tricky as Santa has to get over ice spots and avoid evil penguins. After you collect the presents, you have to take them to the homes to deliver them by going down a chimney. Some of the fireplaces haven't been put out, making it hard to get inside the house except for maneuvering around the fire. If you happen to fall while getting the presents or making deliveries, then it will make it hard to get to the next level.

      The plot: as the name implies, fight to avenge the fallen of your race that have been ?harvested? by the evil Krellans (no relation to Star Fleet games). Cutscenes and digitized speech both add to the atmosphere, but unfortunately the plot doesn?t get better than the very simplistic kill-the-aliens premise. Between missions, you can wander around in the base talking to different characters (who look remarkably similar to pilots in Wing Commander 1), who often have tips or info on the backstory.
      The writing is sub-par, however, making these ?interactive scenes? little more than a waste of space. The good news is that true to Gremlin?s reputation as developer of some of the best in-game 3D graphics, the 3D landscapes in Retribution are very smooth and detailed, with good gouraud-shading effects similar to NovaLogic games. Gremlin touted their technology as ?logi-scape real time landscape generating technology incorporating new "Deep Horizon' format,? and the results are great to look at.
      Retribution is a very challenging game that gets very hard very fast. With eleven major campaigns, each with 4 highly strategic missions, and 8 training missions to enhance performance, Retribution will keep the most expert of pilots occupied for some time. Recommended, but only for veteran gamers who are looking for a furious space combat game without the need for an engaging plot.

      In Jungle Strike you're mainly controlling the prototype helicopter "Comanche". In some missions, you can also use a hovercraft, a motorbike, or a F117 fighter.
      The controls in this shoot-em up are very easy and straightforward. As in most arcade shooters, you must collect new ammo, armor and fuel while fighting land, sea, and air-based enemies. In a nod to hard-core flight sims, all missions contain several sub-objectives, which have to be fulfilled in a given order. Most missions are set in either a jungle or city area.
      With a good combination of arcade and sim elements, Jungle Strike is highly recommended for fans of the genre. If you like Safari's games (e.g. Seek & Destroy) but wish they were more sim-oriented in terms of having mission objectives and depletable fuel, Desert Strike is the answer.

      An isometric-view heli-shooter, not bad at all - just leave out the idiotic story. That banal premise has probably been played to death by the many follow-ups, without adding anything to the game. Despite cliche premise (part of the war effort in the Gulf, yada yada yada), the game is a lot of fun. Your helicopter has various weapons and a winch, which can be used to pickup ammo, fuel, armor, and even POW's. Missions range from rescue to seek and destroy, and the game switches objectives often enough that it never becomes boring. The maps are huge, and full of interesting power-ups, secrets, and various ground-based enemies. You can blow up most things, including buildings, and the graphics are superior to most games at the time.
      Overall, a great game for all fans of shooters which might even appeal to flight sim gamers. The successor Jungle Strike is also available at this site.
